SHIPPING

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We operate warehouses in both the United States and Taiwan, and you may select either U.S. shipping or Taiwan shipping on the product page.

• Shipped from the United States:
  Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS; international orders are shipped via DHL or USPS. Processing time is 1 business day, and orders will be dispatched within 2 days after purchase. Import duties, taxes, or any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  
• Shipped from Taiwan:
  Orders are shipped via Chunghwa Post (Taiwan only). Processing time is approximately 1–3 business days, and orders will be dispatched within 4 days after purchase.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges once item(s) and order is shipped unless received flawed or damaged.
